1. Documents needed for recordation in the Customs:

1) Filing application form;

2) Copy of ID card of a natural person or license of a corporation;

3) Copy of patent certificate/trademark registration certificate and other related certificates;

4) Copy of admission contract, if any;

5) Photographs of patent goods and its packing;

6) Evidence of the existent infringement importation or exportation;

7) If any finished infringement cases, you'd better show the writs concerned;

8) Other documents or evidences the Customs Office needed.
