(six) the brand advertising is wide, covering large geographical;
(seven) the owner of the trademark trademark consciousness is strong, have perfect trademark management mechanism and management system, pay attention to the use of the trademark, management and protection;
(eight) in recent three years, the trademark owner did not infringe the exclusive right to use a registered trademark in the actual use of the trademark act;
(nine) the trademark approved the use of merchandise for export commodities, the trademark shall be registered in the relevant countries (regions), and sales area wide.
Since the famous trademark was identified to date, others with the famous trademark identical or similar characters as part of the use of enterprise names, and may cause to mislead the public, the administrative department for Industry and Commerce shall not approve the registration of the enterprise name; already registered, the famous trademark registrant may know or should know the within two years day, request the authorities revoked the business name.

Application materials for well-known trademark need to submit the following materials:
(a) application;
(two) the relevant proof of identity materials;
